Growing Problem: Gangs of Sampson, North Carolina

It's still early in 2008, but I'm about to declare "Gangs" the Growing Problem of the Year. These groups on criminally-minded youthful thugs are everywhere you turn, whether it's Wisconsin or somewhere else. Now the dastardly roving bands of drug-and-murder fueled young people have set up shop in North Carolina, and they're not going to leave until every last square inch of the place is all tagged to hell.
