I don't know much about Laredo- perhaps normally it's a place with a regular amount of challenges. Now in 2008, those challenges are getting worse for some reason. Buck up, Laredo- it can't be that bad.

The front page headlines at mid-week put this town (Streets of Laredo) on notice that we can look to 2008 as one tough New Year.The headline for Ashley Richards" story slapped the neighbors with "New challenges." The very next day, it was a triple whopper with "Crackdown" at the top and "City's tangled traffic dismays merchants" at the bottom...
