There is no excuse for this type of thing on public roads, unless it is clearly marked.

Dear Lane Ranger: I am writing in reference to Ridgefield Road.
There is a hump in the middle of the road. People are stopping completely to go over this hump, I have lived in Qualey for a year and a half and the hump is getting worse. I was wondering if you could get someone to check it and fix it please. Someone is going to cause an accident because they are completely stopping.
