Who wouldn't want to have a mean, bad-natured dog as a pet? Apparently the people who leave Santa's Little Helper on the side of the road in rural Greene County outside of Springfield. This highlights another one of my favorite growing problems- I'm saving that one for a special occasion, so don't even bother asking me to tell you.
